Learning outcomes
PR04. Use the management principles on which the system is based environmental safety. PR07. Solve problems in the field of environmental protection using generally accepted and / or standard approaches and international and domestic experience. PR11. Be able to predict the impact of technological processes and industries on the environment. PR12. Participate in the development and implementation of projects aimed at optimal management and behavior with industrial and municipal waste. PR17. Be aware of responsibility for the effectiveness and consequences of the implementation of integrated environmental measures. PR20. Be able to form requests and identify actions that provide compliance with the norms and requirements of environmental legislation.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know: the basic patterns and types of anthropogenic impact on the environment, species pollution. 2. Be able to: assess the nature and consequences of human economic activity on ecosystems, apply environmental laws to determine the limit parameters of environmental impact. 3. Have the skills to work with regulations, permits, statistics.
Course content
A brief description of the main factors determining the ecological state of natural-industrial complexes is given, as well as the basic principles of assessing the impact of economic activity on the state of the environment. The completeness of the reflection of internationally recognized principles of environmental assessment in environmental assessment procedures in Ukraine is analyzed.
