Learning outcomes
PR07. Solve environmental problems using generally accepted and / or standard approaches and international and domestic experience. PR15. Be able to explain the social, economic and political consequences of implementing environmental projects. PR16. Choose the optimal strategy for holding public hearings on the problems and formation of the territories of the nature reserve fund and the ecological network. PR17. Understand the responsibility for the effectiveness and consequences of comprehensive environmental measures. PR20. Be able to form requests and determine actions that ensure compliance with the norms and requirements of environmental legislation. PR22. Participate in the development of projects and practical recommendations for environmental protection.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine, the general provisions of the international environmental legislation and the European Union, the system and content of environmental legislation of Ukraine, which regulates relations in the field of environmental protection, natural resources and in the field of environmental safety. To know the provisions of the theoretical foundations of the legal basis for the formation and implementation of environmental legislation and environmental law within the limits set by the course program. Be able to apply the acquired knowledge on the legal regulation of relations in the field of natural resources, environmental protection, environmental safety; solve the main practical tasks related to the application of environmental law, etc. Have basic skills in the analysis and characterization of regulations governing relations in the field of environmental protection, nature management and environmental safety
Course content
Forms of teaching and teaching methods of this discipline are aimed at conducting legal analysis and study of environmental legislation of Ukraine and environmental law in general. Within the framework of the discipline the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Environmental Protection", post-resource codes and laws of Ukraine, environmental legislation of Ukraine, including bylaws - are studied. decrees of the President of Ukraine, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, orders of central executive bodies that regulate environmental and legal relations aimed at the implementation of environmental rights of citizens, environmental protection, environmental safety and use of natural resources.
