1. Know: the basic principles of municipal management in Ukraine, the foundations of normative
legal support for the formation of municipal policy; main areas of implementation of municipal policy; peculiarities of socio-economic development of cities.
2. Be able to navigate the system of legislative and local legal acts regulating social relations in the field of local self-government and municipal management; analyze and comment on normative legal acts that regulate issues of organization and activity of municipal authorities; predict the directions of social
economic development of settlements in Ukraine.
3.Have the skills of forecasting, analysis, synthesis, processing and visualization of various types of data, work with the regulatory and legal framework, design and presentation of data using
Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).

            Methods and criteria of assessment
– semester evaluation (MAX – 60 points / MIN – 36 points):
1. Oral survey, discussion – 6 points / 4 points;
2. Modular control work (2 MKR, 5 points max. each) – 10 points / 6 points;
3. Individual analytical task – 20 points / 12 points
4. Independent work – 24 points / 14 points;
– final evaluation (MAX – 40 points / MIN – 24 points): the form of final evaluation is an exam. Learning outcomes are assessed in written work.
The maximum number of points that can be obtained by a student during the exam is 40 points.
The maximum number of points a student can receive is 100 points.
