communication mechanisms;
Be able to: analyze and explain the processes accompanying communication; analyze the barriers that arise in communication and search for ways to overcome them; identify the causes of conflicts in organizations and search for ways to prevent and resolve them
- Freely master the techniques of effective

            Methods and criteria of assessment
Assessment of students is carried out during all types of educational classes and after
results of independent work. During classes, the following are assessed: oral response,
presentation, performance of practical tasks. The project task is performed during the study of the course, presented and evaluated at the last practical lesson. The maximum number of points for the work during the semester is 60 points. Exam - 40 points. A graduate student can receive a maximum of 100 points in total.
