Learning outcomes
Learning outcomes Know: signs of law and its differences from other social norms, the purpose of law, its role in the state and society, the structure of legal norms, types of legal norms, peculiarities of objective subjective law and their relationship; Be able to: Analyze and comment on legal information (specialized literature) from national sources of law in order to form one's own position; logically, critically and systematically analyze legal phenomena and documents, creatively apply acquired knowledge in future professional activity autonomy and responsibility: -Independently determine normatively- legal acts and legal norms that regulate relations regarding a legal problem, to offer optimal options for solving a legal problem based on the available information on the relevant legal problem, to update and improve knowledge of the law of Ukraine.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Prerequisites and additional requirements 1.Know: basic information about the history of the Ukrainian state; basic philosophical concepts of society; history and theory of public management and administration; organizational-legal and public-legal principles of state management and administration; the basics of personnel and public policy. 2. Be able to: consolidate and deepen the knowledge obtained at the lectures independent processing of the normative legal acts mentioned by the lecturer and sources of special literature, as well as additional literature on the relevant topics of the course; 3. Possess: skills in working with regulatory and legal acts; correct application of legal norms in production and service activities; execution of the necessary documents.

Planned educational activities and teaching methods Lectures, practical classes, seminars classes, independent work.
Assessment methods and criteria
Methods and criteria of assessment – semester evaluation (MAX – 60 points / MIN – 36 points): 1. Oral survey, discussion – 6 points / 4 points; 2. Modular control work (2 MKR, 5 points max. each) – 10 points / 6 points; 3. Individual tasks – 20 points / 12 points; 4. Independent work – 24 points / 14 points. Rescheduling the semester control in order to improve a positive grade is not allowed is allowed – final evaluation (MAX – 40 points / MIN – 24 points): in the form of the final assessment is an exam. The maximum number of points a student can receive is 100 points
