Learning outcomes
Learning outcomes -Know the concept of public policy and the stages of its development; factors that cause requests for its production; financial and legal institutions which influence/ensure the development and implementation of public policy in various spheres of social life at the state, regional, and local levels; types of public policy participants; legal basis of financial activity of the state and local self-government bodies in Ukraine. - To be able to analyze and compare different theoretical concepts and approaches in the field development and analysis of public policy; determine and single out the factors that determine requests for public policy and the conditions for the functioning of public policy in Ukraine autonomy and responsibility: demonstrate an understanding of personal responsibility for professional and/or managerial decisions or provided proposals/recommendations that may affect the prevention of corruption in public administration

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Prerequisites and additional requirements 1. Know: the main stages and characteristics of the historical process of state formation; history and theory of civil service; social principles of politics; 2.To be able to: collect and interpret information regarding the understanding of the influence of state authorities on the sphere of civil society and the implementation of the democratic practice of their mutual influence; collect and process information about social problems, individual, group and general societal interests, find adequate arguments to justify the results of the analysis; 3. Possess: scientific research and information management; critical attitude and forecasting regarding political, economic, legal events and phenomena; the use of foreign-language professional informative sources on issues of essence, content, formation, implementation, information-analytical and financial-legal support of public policy and management;

Assessment methods and criteria
Methods and criteria of assessment semester evaluation (MAX – 80 points / MIN – 48 points): - final assessment Final control is carried out in the form of a written test, which is evaluated at a maximum of 20 points and is conducted at one of the last practical classes in the discipline. The final grade for the discipline is assigned to the student based on the results of work during the semester as the sum of points received during the academic semester, including points received for independent work and final control work.
