Learning outcomes
Learning outcomes Know: subject and method of logic, historical stages of development of logical knowledge; the structure, dimensions and levels of the symbolic process; concept structure, types of relations between concepts, logical operations on concepts - structure, types and logical relations between judgments, truth conditions of logical conjunctions Be able to: identify the main concepts in the text, clarify their structure, establish the relationship between them; logically correctly generalize, limit, divide, classify, define concepts; identify the type and structure of utterances Autonomy and responsibility: independently search and critically process the literature on logical studies; make independent decisions regarding the choice of methods of analysis

Prerequisites and additional requirements 1. Before starting this course, students should know the main stages of the historical development of mankind, the general characteristics of natural language. 2. To be able to identify structural components of reasoning in texts of various nature. 3. To have basic skills of working with professional literature.

Assessment methods and criteria
Methods and criteria of assessment Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the learned material, in particular, the assessment of theoretical training - learning outcomes (knowledge 1.1-1.5), which is 30% of the total assessment, and the assessment of practical training - learning outcomes (skills 2.1-2.4); (communication 3.1-3.3); (autonomy and responsibility 4.1-4.3), which is 70% of the total grade
