Prerequisites and additional requirements To know the essence of the sphere of public management and administration, about public organizations as its primary link components, the ways of creating a public organization and the stages of its development, the specific features of public sphere organizations and their management methods, modern problems of the public sphere, the solution of which is aimed at the activities of public sphere organizations and the main areas of their solution. Be able to determine priorities in the profession, the main goals of activity in the public sphere, determine the general competence of public authorities, the expediency of applying certain organizational and legal forms of organization in a specific case of public activity. Have skills in working with various sources of information, using the survey method; analysis of situations, events, processes in the public sphere, "state-citizen-society" interaction.

Assessment methods and criteria
Methods and criteria of assessment Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the learned material, in particular, the assessment of theoretical training - learning outcomes (knowledge 1.1 - 1.5), which makes up 40% of the total grade for the semester, and the assessment of practical training - learning outcomes (skills 2.1 - 2.3; communication 3.1 – 3.2; autonomy 4.1), which is 60% of the total grade for the semester. – semester assessment (MAX – 60 points / MIN – 36 points): 1. Completion of educational tasks (1.1; 1.2; 1,3; 1.4; 2.1; 2.2; ) – 30 points / 18 points; 2. Modular control work (2 MKR, 15 points max. each) (1.5; 3.1) – 20 points / 12 points; 3. Independent work (2.3, 3.2) – 10 points / 6 points; The final control is carried out in the form of an exam, which is evaluated at a maximum of 40 points.
