Learning outcomes
Learning outcomes Be able to: ensure the effective application of mechanisms of state stimulation of territorial development and the development of proposals for territorial development programs, regional development agreements; justify the optimal ways of reforming the system of regional administration and local self-government in the general system of state administration -Preparation of internal regulatory documentation (orders, orders, etc.) regarding the implementation of tasks of international, state, regional, sectoral (cross-sectoral) programs and projects for the development of the territory or industry on the basis of competitive selection of performers (tender, grant, competition) by applying methods of systematic analysis

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Prerequisites and additional requirements 1. To know: theoretical foundations and legal support of the territorial organization of power in Ukraine; historical, theoretical and general legal concepts, categories and hypotheses, legal foundations of the organization of the territory of the state; Possess: skills in solving typical legal tasks that may arise before specialists who ensure the activity of public authorities in the field of exercising powers within the relevant territory; skills to improve their professional qualifications.

Content of the educational program CONTENT MODULE 1 "GENERAL ASPECTS OF TERRITORIAL ORGANIZATION OF GOVERNMENT" Topic 1. The concept of "territorial organization of power". The essence is the territorial organization of power. Topic 2. The specifics of the organization of power in the territories. State territory. Topic 3. Political and legal dimension of the territorial organization of the state Topic 4.Territorial bodies of central executive bodies Components of territorial development Topic 5. Assessment methods and criteria
Methods and criteria of assessment – semester evaluation (MAX – 60 points / MIN – 36 points): 1. Oral survey, discussion – 6 points / 4 points; 2. Modular control work – 10 points / 6 points; 3. Individual analytical task - 20 points / 12 points 4. Independent work – 24 points / 14 points; – final assessment (MAX – 40 points / MIN – 24 points): the form of final assessment is an exam. The form of the exam is written work with tasks of various levels of difficulty. Learning outcomes are evaluated in the written work. The maximum number of points that can be obtained by a student during the exam is 40 points. – final assessment: the final assessment is defined as the sum of grades (points) for all successfully assessed learning outcomes during the semester and the grade received during the exam. The maximum number of points that can be received by a student is 100 points.
