Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the main content of the courses "Fundamentals of Individual Counseling" and "Clinical Psychology" at the level of a student who has completed the educational qualification level "Bachelor" of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. 2. To have basic skills of professional psychological interaction at the level of a student who has completed his / her bachelor's degree at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. 3. To have basic skills in finding, processing and analyzing information.
Course content
The discipline forms knowledge about the current state and trends in the development of psychotherapy, lays the foundations for professional thinking in the context of solving problems of psychotherapeutic practice and research in the field of psychotherapy. The discipline is aimed at developing knowledge of modern psychotherapeutic trends with an emphasis on new trends that have emerged at the post-nonclassical stage of their development.

Assessment methods and criteria
Evaluation during the study period:
1. Participation in seminars (colloquium): -20/12 points.
2. Test based on the results of studying the 1st, 2nd and 3rd topics: -20/12 points
3. Control work with open-ended questions: -20/12 points
The final assessment is conducted in the form of an exam.
The maximum number of points that can be obtained by a student is 40 points on a 100-point scale.
The form of examination is written. The minimum threshold level of the exam grade at which the exam is considered passed cannot be less than 24 points.
Conditions for admission to the exam. A student is not allowed to take the exam if he or she scored less than 36 points during the semester.
