Learning outcomes
LO4. To make a psychological prognosis for the development of personality, groups, organizations. LO5. To develop programs of psychological interventions (training, psychotherapy, counseling, etc.), implement them in individual and group work, evaluate their quality.
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
To know the basic concepts of pedagogical and developmental psychology, psychological patterns of personality development, age crises of personality, directions and technologies of psychological counseling. To be able to select and correctly apply psychodiagnostic tools, and to conduct a consultative conversation. To have the ability to work with scientific psychological literature, prepare presentations, conduct psychodiagnostic research.
Course content
The aim of the discipline is a formation of students' knowledge in the field of acmeology as an applied science of ways to achieve professional and personal optimum, as well as practical skills of acmeological research and the application of acme technologies of individual and group development. Studying the course allows students to get acquainted with concepts and approaches that describe the psychological characteristics of adulthood, features of professional and personal development, master the basic concepts, categories, stages of development of this development and the conditions for achieving "acme". The content of the discipline allows students to get acquainted with the procedure of acmeological research, modern acmetechnologies (adult education, training, individual counseling, coaching) from the standpoint of acmeological approach.

Assessment methods and criteria
Spoken replies (answers at the seminar, participation in the discussion, additions): PLO 1.1-1.3, PLO 2.1-2.4, PLO 3.1, PLO 4.1, PLO 4.2 – 24/14 points. Analytical report: РН1.1-1.3, PLO 2.1-2.4, PLO 3.1, PLO 4.1-4.2 – 24/14 points. Creative independent work: PLO 1.1-1.3, PLO 2.1-2.4, PLO 3.1, PLO 4.1-4.2 – 32/20 points. Final control work: PLO 1.1-1.3, PLO 2.1-2.4, PLO 3.1, PLO 4.1-4.2 – 20/12 points. The final number of credits in the discipline (maximum 100) is defined as the sum of points for systematic work during the semester, taking into account the final test. The test is based on the results of the student's work throughout the semester and does not provide for additional assessment activities. The final grade in the discipline (min. 60, max. 100) consists of the sum of the number of points for the semester work (minimum 48, maximum 80) and the final test (min. 12, max. 20).
