Learning outcomes
1. To carry out an intellectual search, to identify and critically consider the current problems of modern philosophical thought, to develop them within the framework of one's own philosophical research. 2. Propose and justify new approaches to solving tasks and problems. 3. Use the methodology and cognitive tools inherent in philosophy and its applications. 4. Critically interpret, analyze and evaluate philosophical texts, apply relevant methods of their analysis and interpretation. 5. To understand the connections of philosophy with other areas of philosophical discourse and other intellectual and humanitarian practices. 6. Plan and carry out scientific research on philosophy and related issues, formulate and test hypotheses, argue conclusions, present research results in various forms of scientific communication

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Before starting this course, students should know the main stages and characteristics of the historical and cultural process; main terms, laws, methods of the science of logic, basic methods of scientific research. 2. To be able to logically correctly divide, classify, define concepts; identify the logical structure of statements and interpret them based on this; logically correct questions and answers; build reasoning, draw rational conclusions from available information, find errors in reasoning. 3. Possess elementary skills of scientific research and information management; critical attitude to socio-political, economic, cultural events and phenomena; use of foreign language professional sources

Independent work (writing an essay on the issues of the course): 15-13 points - the student fully masters the material, 12-10 points – the student has sufficient knowledge of the material, presents it freely, but there may be a lack of reasoning in the explanations, 9-6 points – generally mastered the material, but does not demonstrate the depth of knowledge of the analyzed problems, 5-0 points – does not fully master the material, 3. Independent work (preparation and presentation of a written research paper 4. Final control work: 20-16 - points, the student has a complete knowledge of the educational material, 15-11 points – the student has a sufficient amount of educational material, 10-6 points - in general possesses the educational material, 5-0 points - does not fully master the material,
