Learning outcomes
1. Know and use professional vocabulary and philosophical tools to convey one's own knowledge, conclusions and arguments to specialists and non-specialists, in particular to people who are studying 2. To understand the connections of philosophy with our areas of philosophical discourse and other intellectual and humanitarian practices. 3. Make effective decisions on managing complex professional and/or educational activities in the field of philosophy. 4. To develop and teach philosophical disciplines in educational institutions. 5. Plan and carry out scientific research on philosophy and related issues, formulate and test hypotheses, argue conclusions, present research results in various forms of scientific communication.

1. To know the peculiarities of organizations of psychological and pedagogical activity and pedagogical skills of the teacher, the foundations of the structure of the psyche, factors and main mechanisms personality formation. 2. To be able to analyze and implement in one's own activity theoretically grounded provisions of innovative pedagogical experience. 3. Possess elementary skills of working with educational literature.
Course content
"High school pedagogy and the teacher's pedagogical skill" reveals the mechanisms of the organization of influence on the individual in the process of his education and training; the formation of her pedagogical thinking, the ability to analyze pedagogical reality, conscious mastery of professional and pedagogical skills and skills The pedagogical mastery of a teacher in institutions of higher education is outlined as a unity of purpose, motives, actions, and results. The content of the discipline highlights the methodology, didactics of higher schools, the system of organizing educational work in higher education institutions (part 1) and theory, methods, modern technologies for the formation of pedagogical skills of teachers of higher education institutions (part 2). An important place in the course is given to the acquisition of practical skills of professional and pedagogical activities. Tasks (educational goals): formation of components of integral competence: the ability to solve problems and problems in the field of humanitarianism in the process of learning and implementing innovations. The discipline is aimed at forming the following program competencies: FC 6. The ability to analyze, evaluate and forecast social, political, economic and cultural processes using professional knowledge. FC 8. Ability to teach philosophical disciplines in institutions of higher education.

Assessment methods and criteria
1. Audit work: Oral presentation: 10 points - the student has a complete knowledge of the educational material, 8 points - the student has a sufficient knowledge of the educational material, 6 points – in general possesses the educational material, but does not demonstrate the depth of knowledge, 4 points – does not fully master the material, Additions / participation in discussions (from 3 to 1) 2. Independent work No. 1, No. 2 (study of problems of formation of value orientations of student youth in Ukraine, study of psychological and pedagogical the basis of the formation of the professional competence of a teacher of a higher education institution): 20-16 points, the student fully masters the material, 15-12 points - the student has sufficient knowledge of the material, 11-0 points - generally master the material, 3. Test work: (from 10 to 1 b.)
