Course content
The purpose of the discipline is to learn to develop and use technologies of psychological assessment of personnel for the purpose of selection, development and promotion of personnel in commercial and non-commercial organizations of various forms of ownership. Mastering the discipline forms readiness for independent professional activity in the field of organizational psychology, the traditional leading field of practical application of psychological knowledge. Psychological assessment of personnel is historically the first and one of the most important components of a psychologist's work in management and business. Competences formed as a result of studying the subject will find the application in the work of recruitment agencies, personnel departments, and management consulting.

Assessment methods and criteria
Evaluation methods: test, oral answers, performance of practical tasks and tasks for independent work The form of final control is credit. The credit is issued based on the results of the student's work during the semester. A student can score up to 80 points for current work during the semester. Practical tasks - up to 20 points. Presentation, oral answer - up to 30 points. Additions, participation in the discussion - up to 10 points. Control work - up to 20 points. Assessment is carried out in the form of a final test. The maximum number of points for completing the final test is 20, if the student scores less than 12 points for the final test, the final test is considered to have been performed unsatisfactorily. The results of students' educational activities are evaluated on a 100-point scale. The final grade is defined as a simple sum of points for systematic work throughout the semester. Rating scale: 0-59 - not credited; 60-100 - credited.
