Know: conceptual and terminological apparatus, methodology of FDI theories, source base on FDI theories, directions, stages of development of FDI and MNE theory, market power theory, features of macroeconomic theories of direct investment, formation of economic school of internalization and transaction cost theory, product life cycle theory competitive advantages, oligopolistic reaction, features of Uppsala's FDI model, the essence of eclectic theory, resource theory of FDI, the theory of international new enterprises and behavioral theories of FDI, modern problems of developing FDI theory.

Full-time form

1) Knowledge of the basics of doing business. 2) Have basic skills of search and analysis of theoretical original sources, analytical materials and sources of statistical data. 3) Knowledge of basic English or other foreign languages to get acquainted with the theoretical sources in the field of foreign direct investment.

1. Oral answers, additions, blitz polls, discussion, tasks - up to 30 2. Execution of individual independent work (presentation - case) - up to 10 3. Modular control work (test) - up to 20 Modular control work and individual independent work are obligatory. It is possible to receive up to 4 points for written practice of the missed seminar.
