PR 04. Know the legal and ethical standards for the assessment of professional activity, development and implementation of socially significant environmental projects in the face of conflicting requirements. PR05. Demonstrate the ability to organize collectively activities and implementation of complex environmental projects, taking into account available resources and time constraints. PR07. Be able to communicate in a foreign language in scientific, production and social spheres of activity. PR08. Be able to communicate clearly and unambiguously professional knowledge, own justifications and conclusions to experts and the general public. PR09. Know the principles of personnel and resource management, basic approaches to decision-making in the environment incomplete / insufficient information and conflicting requirements. PR10. Demonstrate awareness of the latest principles and methods of environmental protection.

Full-time form

1) it is necessary to have knowledge of jurisprudence and successful mastering of the normative course "Environmental Law of Ukraine"; 2) it is necessary to be able to analyze and interpret the results of research and analysis provisions of national and international sources of law; 3) it is necessary to have basic skills of work with the base of the legislation of Ukraine, work with literature and PC.

Forms of teaching and teaching methods of this discipline are directed for study and research: theoretical and legal foundations of the formation and development of environmental Ukraine's policy and legal mechanism for implementing its strategic and tactical directions; places and the role of environmental policy in the system of legal policy of Ukraine, legal features of environmental state policy, etc. The course examines institutional and legal and functional law ensuring the implementation of environmental policy of the state in modern conditions; ways are analyzed improving environmental policy with a view to its European and Euro-Atlantic integration. Course academic discipline involves students studying the current legislation of Ukraine, EU legislation and international legal acts in the field of formation and implementation of environmental policy, legal literature, basic concepts and special terminology.
