PLO 6. To use professional arguments to transmit information, ideas, problems and ways of their solving to professionals and non-professionals in the field of economic activity. PLO 9. To realize the main features of the modern world and national economy, the institutional structure, directions of social, economic and foreign economic policy of the state. PLO 13. To identify sources and understand the methodology of determination and methods for obtaining socio-economic data, collect and analyze the necessary information, calculate economic and social indicators. PLO 21. To be able to think abstractly, apply analysis and synthesis to identify the key characteristics of economic systems of various levels, as well as the peculiarities of their subjects' behavior.

Full-time form

1. To know the basic principles of the functioning of the economic system; the theoretical and methodological basis of intellectual property rights; the basis of the legislative regulation of intellectual property rights; the subjective-object composition of the intellectual property market; regulatory framework for intellectual property relations. 2. Be able to analyze economic phenomena and processes. 3. Have the skills of analysis, synthesis, processing and visualization of statistical data, work with the legal framework, public speaking skills, English.

The curriculum consists of the following sections: Section 1. Fundamentals of intellectual and human capital Research on the content and composition of intellectual capital, its role in socio-economic development, revealing the fundamentals of the knowledge economy and the intellectualization of labor. Clarification of the role of intellectual capital in the production process, the mechanism of realization of intellectual capital at micro and macro level in market economy. Analysis of structural capital and its use in economic activities. Valuation of intellectual capital and effectiveness of investment in knowledge management. Study of the networked economy and its impact on intellectual capital. Definition of consumer capital.

Forms and methods of assessment. Oral presentations, participation in the discussion at the lecture, supplement, testing, blitz polls, performance of practical, analytical and calculation assignments, preparation of abstracts, essays, reviews of articles and presentation of individual projects, tests, final test.
