Learning outcomes
To Know: conceptual and terminological apparatus in the field of European business environment; a source base on business regulation in Europe; stages of formation of the business environment in Europe; political and legal environment of European business; European business environment in the field of taxation, labor market; To be able to: navigate the sequence of practical steps in the field of business creation, registration of property, ensuring the implementation of contracts, solving insolvency problems and other stages of business operation on the example of selected countries; to determine the features of regulation of selected types of markets for goods or services; to analyze the regulatory field of business regulation in Europe; Communication in the process of assessing trends in the European business environment, assessing compliance with European requirements for goods and services, making and justifying decisions on the feasibility and form of entry into European markets.
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. To know the theoretical aspects and basics of regulation in various forms of international economic relations. 2. To be able to analyze the causes and consequences of trends in international economic relations and international business. 3. To have basic skills of search and analysis of regulations, analytical materials and sources of statistical data. 4. Knowledge of English or other foreign languages for better opportunities to get acquainted with the regulations of business regulation in Europe.

Assessment methods and criteria
Presentation of cases, module test, presentations at seminars and tasks. Semester assessment is carried out in the form of testing knowledge and skills: 1. During the answer at the seminar (participation in the discussion); 2. In the form of writing individual analytical works during self-study of topics; 3. In the form of essay writing; 4. The form of final control is a Pass-Fail Examination. The Pass-Fail Examination includes lecture topics, topics of seminar (practical) classes and self-study topics
