Learning outcomes
Know the basic approaches to the organization and management of foreign economic activity at the enterprise; procedure, technique of preparation and implementation of an international trade agreement; methodological bases of international exchange of goods, services and results of creative activity; to analyze the processes occurring in the field of foreign economic activity of enterprises; correctly assess the features of the organization and the effectiveness of various types of foreign economic relations. Be able to systematize and summarize information on the content and directions of foreign economic activity of enterprises in conditions of global turbulence; to form the main tasks, the purpose of foreign economic activity of the enterprise; to conclude an international contract of sale of goods (services)
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
• have general knowledge of economics, international economic relations and international business; • be able to apply basic concepts and solve problems using certain rules and algorithms using a set of tools; • have basic skills of decomposition of tasks into components, skills of educational activities, the ability to use mathematical methods to solve a wide range of problems.
Course content
Thematic plan: 1. Foreign economic activity in Ukraine 2. Organization and management of foreign economic activity at the enterprise 3. Procedures, techniques for preparing and implementing an international trade agreement 4. International contracts: types, structure, content. Typical contracts in international trade. 5. Structure and content of the international contract of sale. 6. Execution of international contracts of sale. 7. International counter-operations. 8. Commercial activity on the world market through the trade and intermediary link. 9. Organization and technique of operations on international commodity exchanges, auctions, auctions 10. Methodological bases of international exchange of technologies and licenses 11. Commercial transactions for the international exchange of other services 12. International production and technical and sales cooperation 13. The practice of using offshore zones in foreign economic transactions

Assessment methods and criteria
Semester assessment is formed by the points received by the student in the process of mastering the material of all content modules. Final evaluation. The exam in the discipline is conducted in writing. The student's answer to the exam is estimated at a maximum of 40 points.
