Students' achievement of such competencies, skills and abilities as: collect and integrated analysis of materials from various sources, including scientific and professional literature, databases, digital, statistical, test and others, and verify their authenticity using modern research methods; reasonably formulate their legal position, be able to oppose, evaluate evidence and provide convincing arguments; substantiate the legal position at different stages of law enforcement; have practical skills in solving problems related to the implementation of procedural functions of law enforcement agencies

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know the concept of turnover of corporate rights, the main restrictions on the turnover of corporate rights under Ukrainian law, the procedure and grounds for alienation of corporate rights in joint stock companies, features of the depository system of securities accounting, the procedure and grounds for alienation of corporate rights in limited liability companies. succession of participants from limited liability companies. Be able to correctly interpret the provisions of Ukrainian legislation concerning the acquisition, change and termination of corporate rights, to provide legal advice on the presence or absence of restrictions on the alienation of corporate rights. Have basic skills in the preparation of agreements on the alienation of corporate rights and with the help of legal methods to identify common and different features of different ways of alienation of corporate rights.
Course content
Forms of teaching and teaching methods of this discipline are aimed at studying the peculiarities of the legislation governing the turnover of corporate rights in Ukraine, and the formation of skills related to the acquaintance and interpretation of sources of corporate law. The subject of the discipline is the legislation of Ukraine in the field of regulation of companies, the practice of application of legislation by national courts of Ukraine and international judicial institutions. The course of the discipline involves prior study by students of current corporate legislation of Ukraine, legal literature, basic concepts and special terminology.

Lectures, seminars, independent work of the student on the basis of textbooks, abstracts, methodical recommendations, consultations with the teacher.
Assessment methods and criteria
At the seminars the current control of the student's knowledge of the discipline includes: two reports (two speeches on a given topic) - from 3 to 4 points for each (total: from 6 to 8 points); supplement to the report - from 2 to 3 points; two express examination - from 2 to 4 points for each (total: from 4 to 8 points); preparation of preparation of a share purchase agreement - from 3 to 5 points; preparation of documents on the alienation of shares in the authorized capital of a limited liability company - from 3 to 5 points; preparation of documents on the alienation of corporate rights in non-traditional forms of companies - from 3 to 5 points; colloquium - from 1 to 3 points, participation in the discussion - from 2 to 3 points. The following are subject to assessment: the level of knowledge demonstrated in the response; activity in discussing issues; systematic work in the classroom; homework results.
