Learning outcomes
The student consolidates the skills of performing analytical calculations of steady-state one-dimensional groundwater flows; make analytical calculations of filtration in the zone of influence of hydraulic structures, in the zone of influence of horizontal water intakes, in the zone of influence of vertical water intakes; determine hydrogeological parameters based on the data of regime observations and experimental filtration works. Аcquisition of skills of independent work with educational and scientific resources; formation of a creative approach to the practical application of acquired knowledge and skills for solving practical problems in the Dynamics of Groundwater
Form of study
Full-time form
Prerequisites and co-requisites
Knowledge of hydrogeology, physics, mathematics
Course content
Deepening, generalization and systematization of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of performing basic analytical calculations of natural and artificial groundwater flows. Learn to competently and consistently present the obtained results, formulate conclusions; defend scientific work.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Independent work of student
Assessment methods and criteria
Control involves the presentation of presentation material (where students must demonstrate the results of work and an innovative approach of application in further research), the defense of the work itself, which is estimated at 40 points. Writing and design of coursework and approbation of literary sources is estimated at 60 points. The final assessment is conducted in the form of a defense of the work (differentiated assessment)
