Course content
Educational discipline "Ecophysiology of plants and human health" with a component of the cycle of training specialists of educational level "Master" in the educational program "Biology" (specialization "Plant Biology"). It highlights the impact of various natural and anthropogenic factors on plant metabolism, routes of entry of active substances into the human body, ïx effect on physiological processes of the human body and provides an understanding of how to ensure balanced disease prevention in anthropogenic pollution. While studying the discipline, students get acquainted with alternative methods of growing environmentally friendly agricultural products, optimal agronomic techniques for growing plants in closed and open ground to reduce the accumulation of toxic and carcinogenic substances; learn to select plant products that take into account ïx nutritional and biological value for disease prevention
