Describe and analyze the principles of structural and functional organization, mechanisms of regulation and adaptation of organisms to the influence of various factors. PR12. Use innovative approaches to solve complex problems of biology under uncertain conditions and requirements. PR13. Adhere to the basic rules of biological ethics, biosafety, biosecurity, assess the risks of the latest biological, biotechnological and biomedical methods and technologies, identify potentially dangerous organisms or production processes that may pose a threat of emergencies. PR17. Apply modern learning technologies for teaching special subjects.

1. Know the basics of botany, mycology, physiology and biochemistry of plants and fungi, virology and microbiology in the normative and special disciplines taught in previous years of study. 2. Be able to identify plants and fungi in the amount determined by normative and special disciplines taught in previous years of study. 3. Have the skills to work with a light microscope, be able to use the determinants of plants and fungi.

The discipline "Phytopathology" is part of the educational program of training specialists at the educational level "Master" in the field of knowledge 09 "Biology" specialty 091 "Biology". This discipline is a discipline of the block of free choice of students majoring in "Plant Biology". The discipline is an integrated biological discipline, which aims to study the patterns of occurrence and spread of plant diseases, the role of environmental conditions in pathogenesis and can predict the occurrence of plant diseases and substantiates methods and means of disease prevention.
