Learning outcomes

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the basics of botany, mycology, physiology and biochemistry of plants and fungi, virology and microbiology in the normative and special disciplines taught in previous years of study. 2. Be able to identify plants and fungi in the amount determined by normative and special disciplines taught in previous years of study. 3. Have the skills to work with a light microscope, be able to use the determinants of plants and fungi.
Course content
The discipline "Phytopathology" is part of the educational program of training specialists at the educational level "Master" in the field of knowledge 09 "Biology" specialty 091 "Biology". This discipline is a discipline of the block of free choice of students majoring in "Plant Biology". The discipline is an integrated biological discipline, which aims to study the patterns of occurrence and spread of plant diseases, the role of environmental conditions in pathogenesis and can predict the occurrence of plant diseases and substantiates methods and means of disease prevention.
