Learning outcomes
Ability to analyze the acquired knowledge in the field of determining the main aspects of personnel policy, the essence of personnel work and the powers of personnel services; the ability to think abstractly and creatively in resolving issues related to the organization of the labor process, staff evaluation, dispute resolution; ability to navigate the system of sources of labor law and apply them correctly; ability to collect, process and analyze a significant amount of information about the structural elements of personnel work; ability to systematize personnel documentation; to draw up personnel documents in various spheres of documentation of labor relations; apply the acquired knowledge through the practical application of labor law, drafting personnel documents, development of local regulations. Use combined knowledge obtained from various fields of law and social sciences (sociology, psychology, labor economics).

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know: the main aspects of personnel policy, concepts and sources of legal regulation of personnel work; the legal status of the personnel service (personnel department) at the enterprise (foundation, organization) and the legal basis for the organization of its activities; legal regulation of personnel management at the enterprise (foundation, organization); the concept and the matter of the main types of personnel records management at the enterprise (foundation, organization); legal regulation and documentation of personnel movement at the enterprise; features of personnel work with certain categories of employees, etc. Be able to: navigate the system of sources of legislation governing labor relations and personnel activities; systematize personnel documentation; compile personnel documents in various spheres of documentation of labor relations.
Course content
The course is aimed at achieving students’ competencies such as: the ability to apply general and special knowledge in the field of regulation of labor procedural relations and documentation of personnel procedures; ability to use personnel productively through the mechanisms of personnel work; ability to rationally organize the labor process with the help of legal means and resolve disputes.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Semester forms of evaluation: - report (speech on a given topic) - up to 5 points; - additions to the report - up to 2 points; - express survey - up to 2 points; - colloquium - up to 4 points; - problem solving - up to 5; - independent work - up to 6 points; - report on the topic of individual task - up to 6 points; - report on the performance of an individual task - up to 6 points - essay (short answers to questions) - up to 2 points; - testing (from the set of judgments to choose the right ones) - up to 3 points; - abstract (meaningful written work on a given topic with analysis of the literature and conclusions) - up to 6 points; - participation in the discussion - up to 2 points; - test - up to 8 points; - final test - up to 10 points. Intermediate evaluation (final testing - from 1 to 60 points. The minimum score that can be obtained by a student on the appropriate forms of evaluation is 24 points. Maximum - 40 points per semester.
Assessment methods and criteria
In the first class, each student receives an individual assignment and prepares to make a report within 20 days. The teacher sets a schedule for the task. Students should be acquainted with the topic on which the report is prepared and actively participate in its discussion in the relevant seminar. Based on the results of the presentation in electronic form, the student prepares a report on the performance of an individual task indicating the main sources and sends it to the working mail. The tasks are as follows: resolving an issue, preparing a report, preparing another similar task, students perform in two stages. The first stage: execution and design of the task. The second stage: presentation of the result of the completed task at the seminar, its discussion and evaluation. Other tasks are performed by students directly in the classroom during the seminar. At the end of the class, each student present is announced the points he/she received.
