Learning outcomes
PR02. Know domestic and international copyright law. Be able to protect your intellectual property and avoid infringement of other people's intellectual property. PR03. Carry out technical and economic calculations of design decisions and analyze and evaluate their effectiveness, environmental and social consequences in the short and long term. PR08. Plan and manage research, scientific and technical and / or production projects in the field of biotechnology, based on current trends in science, technology and society.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Knowledge of theoretical, methodological and practical principles of formation, operation and regulation of entrepreneurship. 2. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of finance; business economics; economic theory, micro- and macroeconomics. 3. Ability to assess, analyze the causes and consequences of market changes, taking into account various uncertain situations. 4. Possession of basic skills of mathematical modeling, forecasting, methods of economic analysis, work in Excel.
Course content
The peculiarities of the technology of creating one's own business, state regulation of entrepreneurship, the main directions of formation of entrepreneurial capital and financial management and taxation of entrepreneurial activity are revealed, the necessity and importance of commercialization of scientific developments is considered. The existing problems and risks of solving the problems of ensuring effective entrepreneurial activity are considered, the economic security of entrepreneurship is analyzed.
