Learning outcomes
Know the features of consulting services as a specific product and outline the specifics of its manifestation; stages of establishment and development of consulting business in the context of basic business processes; features of the consultant-client relationship and define the role of the consultant in the context of his professional traits and abilities; main phases and stages of the consultation process taking into account the centers of attention and prerequisites for the development of a consulting project; regularities of functioning of modern finances, money circulation at the micro level; main results of the latest research in the field of financial analysis theory; modern methods of financial analysis.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Have a basic level of knowledge needed to understand the most important business processes. Possess tools of financial analysis, financial management. Be able to use Excel for financial calculations.
Course content
Introduction to international consulting services. The concept of international service. Project cycle in the field of international consulting. Organizational and economic aspects of consulting. Methods and technology of consulting. Features of consulting different types of companies. Financial consulting: financial management system of the company. Consulting in the field of analysis of the financial condition of the company. Budgeting, development of all types of financial plans. Development and optimization of capital raising schemes. Valuation of companies. International tax planning as a way to legally minimize the tax burden of an international company.
