- to know the conceptual framework that characterizes the organization and operation of the stock market - to know the source base for the stock market of foreign countries - to know the key concepts of the stock market, the principles and mechanism of its operation, the specific role that the stock market plays in the national economic systems of different countries - to know the general patterns of formation of the institutional structure of the stock market and its components, trends and emerging trends in the stock market

1. To know the theoretical aspects and to understand the economic essence of national financial systems and the world finance 2. Basic skills in searching and analyzing regulations, analytical materials and statistical sources. 4. Knowledge of English or other foreign languages to expand opportunities to understand activities at the stock market of foreign countries.

1. Stock market: concept, structure and role in the economic system 2. Securities and their properties. Indices of stock markets of foreign countries 3. Primary securities market 4. Trading system and infrastructure of the stock market of foreign countries 5. Organization and consolidation of exchanges in developed countries 6. Shares as financial assets 7. Analysis of the investment quality of shares 8. Models of capital market valuation 9. Debt securities market in foreign countries. Debt securities and their types. 10. Analysis of the investment quality of bonds 11. Derivative securities in mature stock markets 12. Integration processes in the global stock market
