Learning outcomes
Know the concept of constituent elements of Labor Law and Civil Law, legal relations in civil and labor law; Be able to outline the legislative and doctrinal aspects of entrepreneurship and the use of labor; Evaluate, formulate and express one’s own conclusions, results; To form legal positions for solving problems and practical situations in the area of of labor and civil law compliance

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know: - basic aspects of formation and development of labor law institutions, general principles of legal regulation of labor; -main aspects of the formation and development of labor rights in Ukraine, features of labor relations, their legal nature; literature sources on the problems of legal provisions for labor, acts of legislation governing the relations of participants in labor relations and the practice of dispute resolution. Be able: -free to operate with the conceptual and categorical apparatus in the area of civil and labor law and apply the acquired knowledge in conducting scientific and scientific-practical research; - assess and determine the role and objectives of labor rights, identify issues of legal regulation of labor relations, provide a legal description of individual issues of labor law. Have basic skills: - to draft legal documents taking into account the peculiarities of the practical situation and with the help of legal methods to solve labor disputes.
Course content
Forms and methods of teaching this discipline are aimed at providing a legal analysis of the issues of labor in business, used in practice and the study of theoretical and practical issues concerning the functioning of various mechanisms of such application. Within the framework of the discipline the issues of understanding the subject of civil and labor law, legal nature, structure of labor relations, interpretation and problematic principles of sources of civil law, subjects and objects of labor law, features of individual objects of civil law, doctrinal approaches to understanding of the content of personal non-property, material, obligatory, corporate and hereditary civil relations, agreements in labor law, the mechanism of preventive protection and protection of labor rights, forms, methods, measures of labor and civil rights protection.

Assessment methods and criteria
The maximum final score for this discipline can be 100 points. A student can score a maximum of 60 points for an exam, to which the points scored by a student during the semester are added. To score an overall positive assessment for the discipline, the score for the exam should not be less than 36 points. If a student scored less than 36 points for an exam, the latter is not added to the semester score. "Exam scores" are set to "0", and only the number of points scored during the semester is transferred to the "score" column.
