Learning outcomes
PR01. Know, understand and be able to use the basic ones in practice provisions of tourism legislation, national and international standards for tourist services. PR02. Know, understand and be able to use the basic ones in practice concepts from the theory of tourism, the organization of the tourist process and tourist activities of the subjects of the tourist services market PR08. Identify travel documentation and be able to use it correctly PR10. Understand the principles, processes and technologies of work organization tourism business entity and its separate subsystems PR16. Act in accordance with the principles of social responsibility and civic consciousness.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
to possess knowledge, abilities and skills in social and humanitarian disciplines cycle, such as: "Introduction to university studies" and others. - to know the main categories and concepts related to the life activity of a person and society. - to be able to identify, analyze educational and scientific information, make reasonable conclusions on issues of professional activity. - to have basic skills of drafting written documents, correcting them content, systematization of materials necessary for work, effective organization own educational activity.
Course content
1. Selected sections of labor law form a student's set of knowledge and skills about: employment contract; working time and rest time; salary; labor protection; labor discipline, disciplinary and material responsibility; protection of labor rights. 2. The basics of entrepreneurial activity form a student's body of knowledge and skills about: entrepreneurship: forms, business models and ethical principles; technologies creating your own business; sources of formation and evaluation of the effectiveness of use resources in business activities; assessment of business results; commercialization of ideas (products).
