Learning outcomes
Achievement by students of such competencies, skills and abilities as: reproduce deep knowledge within the specialization on the evolution of thought about information, informational legal relations; civil law regulation of information relations in Ukraine and in foreign countries at the global level, to collect, process and analyze a significant amount of data on information relations; information rights;
civil liability and protection of information rights within the chosen specialization, evaluate and analyze legal problems and practical legal situations, offer approaches to solving such problems, assess the legal problem comprehensively and offer different solutions to protect, defend or restore his rights, freedoms or interests
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know the concepts of information and information activities; history of development of information relations and history of research of information in law; theories about the place of information relations in law; discussions on the existence of information law as a branch of law; international treaties and basic conventions in the field of information law; legislation governing information relations; the concept, characteristics, content and features of the subject composition of information relations;
features of legal protection, methods of realization and protection of information rights;
Be able to define information as an object of legal regulation; objects and subjects of information legal relations and their main content; civil legal ways to protect information rights and liability for violation of information rights, to analyze the norms of the Central Committee of Ukraine and other laws governing these relations;
Course content
Forms of teaching and teaching methods of this discipline are aimed at legal analysis of civil law problems of information relations, acquaintance with doctrinal and debatable provisions of the theory of information relations, problems of sectoral affiliation of these relations and their place in the Central Committee of Ukraine.
Within the framework of the discipline general information about the phenomenon of information, the role of information in the life of the individual, society, state, state policy in the field of information society, definition of "information", classification of information as well as information of civil relations, their nature and structure, sub objects, objects and content of information of civil legal relations, types of information civil legal relations, agreements in the field of information of legal relations, liability for violation of information rights, special legal literature, basic concepts and special terminology

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lectures, seminars, self-study work of the student on the basis of textbooks, abstracts, methodical recommendations, consultations with the teacher.
Assessment methods and criteria
In seminars, the current control of student knowledge of the discipline includes: report - up to 5 pointssupplement to the report - up to 3 points. express questioning- up to 3 points; colloquium - up to 4 points; case resolution - up to 5; self-study work - up to 4 points; report on the topic of individual task - up to 6 points; report on the performance of an individual task - up to 4 points essay - up to 3 points; testing - up to 3 points;abstract - up to 6 points; participation in the discussion - up to 3 points;
test questioning - up to 10 points;final test - up to 5 points.
The minimum score that can be obtained by a student on the appropriate forms of assessment is one point. The maximum score that can be obtained by a student per semester is 40 points.
A student who has not reached the minimum threshold level of assessment (24 points) of those learning outcomes that cannot be assessed during the final control may be excluded from the final assessment.
