During the study of this course, the student will receive the basic knowledge about organizational and scientific and methodological support of teaching Ukrainian and foreign culture, basic knowledge of prerequisites formation, genesis, main stages of development and peculiarities of foreign and Ukrainian culture; basic ideas about the main stages of world development and Ukrainian art, modern scientific concepts within which their study is carried out, the main artistic directions and figures which determined their development; basic ideas about the history of development and the functioning of the Ukrainian and foreign cultural space, its genesis and current state.
