Knowledge of general geographic patterns, basic geographic terminology, understanding of the processes of interaction between society and nature in the formation of the landscape shell and the formation of the ethnosphere 2. Possess elementary skills of working in Internet search systems, the ability to receive and analyze information obtained from various sources.

The discipline "Geography of traditional culture of the population and cultural landscapes of Ukraine and the world" is a mandatory discipline for training specialists in gastronomic tourism. The subject "Geography of traditional culture of the population and cultural landscapes of Ukraine and the world" consists in determining the geospatial features of the existence of culture; revealing the relationship between ethnogenesis, culturogenesis and sociogenesis with the development of the natural environment; formation of features of the geography of elements of material and spiritual culture; specifics of formation of geographical and ecological culture.
