Within the discipline "Physics" the basics of mechanics, molecular physics, thermodynamics, elements of electricity, magnetism, wave optics, atomic and nuclear physics are taught. This discipline is designed to form a deep and systematic knowledge of the basic physical laws, general forms of motion of matter, in particular, mechanical, thermal, electrical, etc .; skills in mastering the methods and principles of planning and performing a physical experiment, as well as calculating errors. The discipline is designed to form a scientific and methodological basis for the student to solve theoretical and practical problems in the field of ecology.
