1. Successful mastering of scientific-theoretical and practical material of academic disciplines taught to students of 1-3 courses of educational level "Bachelor". 2. Course content
The discipline covers the development of modern methods of biological research, designed to outline the range of methods and techniques of research conducted in the field of virology to solve a specific scientific and practical problem, and which can be used in research in related sciences and interdisciplinary projects. in this discipline. The discipline is designed to form a system of abilities and skills in methods of diagnosis, identification, isolation, accumulation, purification of viruses, methods of molecular biological and serological studies of viruses, as well as methods of culturing animal and plant cells and their practical use in virological research, diagnosis, study cytopathic action of viruses.
