            PLO05. Possess innovative technologies, justify the choice and explain the application of new methods of preparation and provision of accounting information for the needs of business management. PLO12. Substantiate innovative approaches to information support of the system of control over the use of resource potential of economic entities and public sector bodies, taking into account the business development strategy. PLO14. To substantiate the choice and procedure for the use of management information technology for accounting, analysis, audit and taxation in the system of 13 management decisions in order to optimize their PLO17. Prepare and substantiate conclusions for advising owners, management of the business entity and other users of information in the field of accounting, analysis, control, audit, taxation.

            Content module 1. "Theoretical foundations of the concept of strategic management in the enterprise". Introduction to strategic management. The main components of the strategic management system. Methods of analysis of the external and internal environment of the organization. Mission and strategic goals of the organization. The essence of strategy and "strategic set". Strategic segmentation of enterprise activity. Competitive advantages. Competitiveness of products and enterprises.
Content module 2. "Practical tools of strategic management". Portfolio analysis in the development of enterprise strategies. Strategic planning. Strategic plans, projects, programs. Strategic flexibility. Assessing the relationship between intra-firm activities. The latest tools for the formation, implementation of strategy and control over its implementation.

            Module 1: evaluation for seminar work and test work in schools strategic management and assessment of the competitiveness of the enterprise - 40 points
(marginal score of 24 points).
Module 2: evaluation for seminar work and test work with application of portfolio analysis methods - 40 points (marginal score of 24 points). Final control is carried out in the form of a written test, which is estimated at a maximum of 20 points and is conducted in one of the last seminars with discipline.
