Learning outcomes
PLO6. Use information and communication technologies to solve complex specialized problems and problems of professional activity. PLO11. To know the principles, technologies and methods of creating oral and written texts of various genres and styles in the state and foreign languages. PLO14. To use the Crimean Tatar language in oral and written form, in various genre-style varieties and registers of communication (official, informal, neutral), to solve communicative problems in everyday, social, educational, professional, scientific spheres of life. ELO15. To carry out linguistic, literary and special philological analysis of texts of different styles and genres. PLO20.3. Use the Turkish language in oral and written form, in everyday, social, educational, professional, scientific spheres of life.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
- Successful completion of the following disciplines: "Introduction to Translation Studies", "Practical Course of the Crimean Tatar Language", "Practice of Translation of the Crimean Tatar Language"; "Turkish: Basic Level" - Students should have a good vocabulary and knowledge of the grammar of the Crimean Tatar language; - Know the basic theoretical provisions, specifics and problems of translation studies as a science; - Be able to apply translation transformations in practice
Course content
The discipline is aimed at forming and developing skills in interpreting, simultaneous and consecutive interpretation, developing the ability to read the prepared translation text in booths simultaneously, the ability to distinguish information in the content of a statement by the degree of importance (key, additional), developing skills in translation note-taking, overcoming crisis situations in interpreting, and evaluating the quality of an interpreter's work. Students develop the ability to use the theoretical aspect of translation studies in practical application. The course involves mastering the basic concepts of translation studies, which will become the basis for the development of a professional interpreter. The course "Bilingual Interpreting in the Language Laboratory" is one of the components of the elective block "Crimean Tatar Studies and Turkish Language".

Oral speeches, written work, presentations, processing of multigenre audio and video texts (in Crimean Tatar, Turkish)
Assessment methods and criteria
Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the material learned, in particular, the assessment of theoretical training - learning outcomes (knowledge), which accounts for 40% of the total grade, and the assessment of practical training - learning outcomes (skills), which accounts for 60% of the total grade. Assessment of semester work: 1. Oral presentations, presentations: 8/14 points. 2. Processing of multigenre audio and video texts (in Crimean Tatar, Turkish), presentations: 16/26 points. 3. Module tests #1, #2: 6/10 points. 5. Exam.
