The discipline "Environmental aspects of cell biology" gives students an idea of the principles of structural and functional organization of the cytosol, cytoskeleton, cell nucleus, cell organelle, cell surface apparatus and its participation in intercellular signaling and adhesion. The cell cycle and types of cell division, mechanisms of cell differentiation and bases of pathological changes in cells are considered. At the same time, ideas about the evolution of the cellular form of life, the main stages of the historical development of cytology and modern methods of cytological research are analyzed. Students are also acquainted with the laws of structure, development, metabolism of animal tissues.
