Learning outcomes
PLO 2. To know the theoretical foundations of geodesy, higher and engineering geodesy, topographic and thematic mapping, compilation and updating of maps, remote sensing of the Earth and photogrammetry, land management, real estate evaluation and land cadastre; PLO 3. Know the regulatory and legal principles of ensuring rational use, protection, accounting and assessment of land at the national, regional, local and economic levels, procedures for state registration of land plots, other real estate objects and restrictions on their use; PLO 5. Use methods of collecting information in the field of geodesy and land management, its systematization and classification in accordance with the assigned project or production task; PLO 7. Use methods and technologies of land management design, territorial and economic land management, land use and protection planning, cadastral surveying and state land cadastre management;

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1) The educational discipline "Management of land resources and real estate evaluation" is based on a cycle of disciplines of professional and practical training, in particular "Photogrammetry", "Topography", "Geodesy", "Mathematical processing of geodetic data", "Remote sensing of land", "Fundamentals of land management and Cadastre", "Real Estate Appraisals", "Cadastre", "Fundamentals of Land, Civil, Environmental and Economic Law", etc. 2) knowledge of the theoretical foundations of mathematics, statistics, probability theory, engineering and computer graphics 3) possession of basic mathematical modeling skills, knowledge of GIS information systems.
Course content
The characterization of the concept of land as an object of nature and an element of the environment is given, an introduction to the historical and social prerequisites of the development of land resources management, the definition of theoretical foundations and methods of land resources management, the essence of the modern system of Ukrainian authorities is revealed; the modern regulatory and legal framework of state administration of Ukraine; the specifics and peculiarities of land resource management of various forms of ownership, as well as the organizational structure of land resource management, are revealed. The course consists of two content modules: The first is devoted to the study of historical and social prerequisites for the development of land resources management and theoretical foundations, methods of land resource management; familiarization with the structure and organization of activities of land resources bodies. Disclosure of the concept, content and subjects of management in the field of land use and protection; management system and functions in the field of land use and protection, methods of land resource management, regulatory and methodological support of management. Legal guarantees for the implementation of land reform. Disclosure of the structure and organization of the activities of land resources bodies and the features of management at different hierarchical levels. Reflecting the organization of activities of specially authorized bodies in the field of state management of land resources, as well as the organization of land management; disposal of state and communal lands, etc. The second is directly related to state policy in the field of land use and protection, directions for improving the state management of land resources in modern conditions, as well as the strategy of adapting Ukraine's land policy to the requirements of the European Union.

lecture, practical class, performance of analytical and calculation work and performance of independent work on options, presentation of results, discussion, exam.
Assessment methods and criteria
Final evaluation in the form of an exam: the maximum number of points on the exam is 40 points, the minimum number of points that are added to the semester ones is 24 points (60% of the maximum number of points assigned to the exam. Students who scored a total number of points less than critical during the semester the calculated minimum score of 20 points is not allowed to pass the exam.The recommended minimum score for admission to the exam is 38 points.
