Learning outcomes
PLO 2 to know the theoretical foundations of geodesy, higher and engineering geodesy, topographic and thematic mapping, compilation and updating of maps, remote sensing of the Earth and photogrammetry, land management, real estate evaluation and land cadastre PLO 6 to use geodetic and photogrammetric equipment and technologies, methods of mathematical processing of geodetic and photogrammetric measurements.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
) successful mastering of the disciplines: "Topography", "Higher geodesy", "Mathematical processing of geodetic data", "Photogrammetry", "Phototopography", "Digital photogrammetry", "Fundamentals of land management", "Fundamentals of cadastre (land and urban)", " Remote sensing of the Earth", "Land Law"; 2) knowledge of the theoretical foundations of mathematics, statistics, probability theory, engineering and computer graphics 3) possession of elementary skills of mathematical modeling, forecasting; knowledge of GIS information systems.
Course content
A description of the main principles and set of research methods is provided, the peculiarities of the formation of the land cadastre and its modern aspects, the main types and principles are studied, the justification of the concept and the formation of the contour, the regulation of the regime of the land plot and its definition as a registration and accounting cadastral unit are revealed. Spatial cadastral structures and classification standards, definition of the country's land fund and its characteristics, as well as international land use classification standards are revealed. To determine the essence of legitimate and normative support for the registration of land transferred to ownership and provided for use, the legal basis and registration of leased land, processing of state documents on land ownership, as well as familiarity with the modernization of the registration process, which is an urgent requirement of the time. The essence of land accounting works, quantitative land accounting, as well as land accounting by quality. The current state and trends of the world cadastre are considered, in particular, a brief overview of the features of land registration and cadastral systems in leading countries, as well as the state of the domestic cadastre and directions of future cadastre development.

Assessment methods and criteria
The final grade from the educational component, the final form of control of which is the exam, is defined as the sum of grades (points) for all successfully assessed learning outcomes. Scores below the minimum threshold level are not added to the final score. Completion of all practical assignments is mandatory for receiving a positive final grade (60 points and above and "passed"). It is not allowed to retake the semester control in order to improve a positive grade.
