PLO 3. know the regulatory and legal principles of ensuring rational use, protection, accounting and assessment of land at the national, regional, local and economic levels, procedures for state registration of land plots, other real estate objects and restrictions on their use;
PLO 5. use methods of collecting information in the field of geodesy and land management, its systematization and classification in accordance with the assigned project or production task;
use geodetic and photogrammetric equipment and technologies, methods of mathematical processing of geodetic and photogrammetric measurements;
PLO 7. use methods and technologies of land management design, territorial and economic land management, land use and protection planning, cadastral surveying and state land cadastre management;

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1) successful mastering of the disciplines: "Topography", "Higher geodesy", "Mathematical processing of geodetic data", "Photogrammetry", "Remote sensing of the Earth", "Cartographic research method", "Fundamentals of land management and cadastre", "Land law";
2) knowledge of the theoretical foundations of mathematics, statistics, probability theory, engineering and computer graphics
3) possession of elementary skills of mathematical modeling, forecasting; knowledge of GIS information systems.
Course content
A description of the concept of land as an object of nature and an element of the environment is given, the importance and meaning of legal land protection is determined, and some organizational and legal measures of land protection used in the state are highlighted. The concept of land categories of Ukraine is highlighted, the legal regime of agricultural lands, the priority of their provision, as well as the rights and obligations of agricultural land users in accordance with the current land legislation are determined. The peculiarities of the legal regulation of lands of other categories are briefly revealed. The concepts of protection and rational use of land resources for the purpose of their preservation are revealed, it is determined that the impact on the deterioration of land, especially for agricultural purposes, determines the purpose of land protection measures, emphasizing the legal provision of land protection. The special role of land management and the state land cadastre is emphasized, in order to ensure the rational use and protection of land, as well as state registration, accounting for the quantity and quality of land plots, soil grading. Attention is drawn to the functions of legal responsibility in modern conditions. The main concepts and provisions are considered, in particular normative documents on standardization and regulation in the field of land protection.

Assessment methods and criteria
Knowledge control is carried out according to the modular rating system, which provides a two-level evaluation of the learned material, in particular, the evaluation of theoretical training (20%) includes: presentation (20%), depth of methodology in the represented research (20%), feasibility and coherence of proposals (20%) , degree of originality (20%) and identification of methodological problems of the topic, situation (20%) and evaluation of practical training (80%) includes: qualitative integrity of observation (25%), ability to assess the problem (25%), identification of ways and methodology of problem solving , which has arisen or may arise (25%), outlining ways to solve specific (extraordinary) problems (25%).
