Gaining such students’ academic achievements, competencies, skills and abilities as: -to know theoretical issues of agricaultural agreements, problems of legal support realization in contractual activity of agrarian sphere, issues of definition of role and place of agricultural agreements in organizational system of agrarian markets; to determine current theoretical and practical problems of legal regulation of concluding and executing agreements in the field of ensuring the production of agricultural products of crop and livestock, providing services and logistics of agribusiness entities, sales of agricultural products and use of scientific and technical products in agriculture ; be able to find solutions to practical cases related to the application of the requirements of agricultural legislation in the field of conclusion and implementation of agricultural agreements, prepare draft agreements, lawsuits, legal advice.

Full-time form

It is mandatory to preliminary Know: the theoretical foundations of legal regulation of agricultural relations in the field of production and sale of agricultural products; legal capacity of agricultural producers; specific features of concluding and executing economic and civil law agreements; be able to: independently solve practical situations related to the application of the requirements of agricultural, civil, economic, land, environmental legislation; have: basic skills of legal standards interpretation, conducting comparative legal research, usage of normative legal acts of agrarian, economic, civil, land, ecological legislation in practice.

The course gets students familiar with theoretical and practical problems of legal regulation of relations in the field of making, implements, modifying and termination of contracts in the field of production, processing and sale of agricultural products; areas of concern of the implementation of legal support principles of contractual activities in the agricultural sector; problems of legal regulation of certain agricultural agreements, taking into account Ukraine's membership in the WTO and the need to adapt agricultural legislation to the requirements of EU legislation.

Lecture, seminar, individual work. Report (presentation on a given topic), enhencing to the report, express survey, case solving, individual work, testing (choose the correct one from a set of judgments), module control.

Types of ongoing monitoring are selected according to the programme and may include evaluation of reports, surveys, testing, etc. The teacher, who conducts seminars, sets the number of points scored out of current control points and puts them in the documents of student performance. If a student is absent at a seminar for good reasons, he / she may work out the missed class in extra-curricular classes within 7 days after the missed class during the teacher's consultations. Academic detention is carried out by oral examination or other type of task set by the teacher. Points are not awarded for missed classes. It is not allowed to work out the missed classes at the end of the semester. Assessment of individual tasks is carried out in class according to a predetermined schedule of their performance by listening to the results, group discussion and more.
