Learning outcomes
To demonstrate deep knowledge within the discipline of the concept, types, legal regimes of information technology and resources used in administrative proceeding; principles of formation and features of the integrated workplace of a judge according to the Ukraine’s legislation; legal regime of information of judicial administrative process; To demonstrate the knowledge of the peculiarities of the functioning, structure, principles of use of the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System of Ukraine; legal regime, structure, rules of access to the Unified State Register of Court Decisions; procedures for the use of audio and video recording of proceedings in administrative cases; To collect, process and analyze a significant amount of information about the peculiarities of collecting, recording, presenting and evaluating; rules for applying the results of electronic confidential services by participants in the administrative process.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
To know the legal basis for the use of information technology in administrative proceeding; concepts, types and procedures for submitting electronic evidences in the administrative process; structure, principles of work of the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System of Ukraine and the Unified State Register of Judicial Decisions of Ukraine; legal grounds, methods of audio and video recording of the administrative process; the procedure for promulgation of court decisions in administrative cases etc. To be able to determine the tasks, functions and directions of state policy in the field of informatization of the system of administrative courts of Ukraine; to analyze the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System of Ukraine, the Unified State Register of Judicial Decisions of Ukraine; submission and proof of electronic evidence in administrative proceeding on the basis of the legislation of Ukraine and materials of judicial practice.
Course content
The course provides students with in-depth study of current legislation of Ukraine on informatization of the judiciary of Ukraine, the provisions of administrative procedure legislation in terms of ensuring the use of electronic evidences, fixation of the administrative process, organization of electronic document management in administrative courts, electronic court resources’ creation, legal literature , basic concepts and special terminology used in the field of informatization of the administrative process.

Assessment methods and criteria
Forms of student assessment - semester forms of assessment: 1. report (speech on a given topic) - up to 3 points; 2. supplement to the report - 1 point; 3. express questioning - up to 2 points; 4. colloquium - up to 3 points; 5. solving a legal problem - up to 5 points 6. independent work - up to 5 points; 7. presentation of the topic of individual task - up to 5 points; 8. report on the performance of an individual task - up to 5 points; 9. essay (short answers to questions) - up to 2 points; 10. testing (from the set of judgments to choose the right ones) - up to 10 points; 11. abstract (meaningful written work on a given topic with analysis of the literature and conclusions) - up to 5 points; 12. participation in the discussion - up to 2 points; 13. development of a draft procedural document - up to 5 points; 14. solving problems - up to 5 points; 15. test - up to 10 points.
