            Prerequisites and co-requisites
        
        
            1.Before studying this course, students should - know the main stages and characteristics of the historical and cultural process, the place of ethics among philosophical sciences;
2. To be able to collect and interpret information on cultural phenomena processes and events, identify current socio-cultural problems and justify the principles and ways of their solution; 
3. To have basic skills of scientific research and information management; critical attitude and forecasting of political, economic, cultural and artistic events and phenomena using foreign language information sources.
        
    
            Course content
        
        
            The course is aimed at forming an educated specialist, ethically competent and morally oriented to conscientious, conscious and ethically balanced professional activities. The subject field of applied, professional and corporate ethics, their place in the structure of ethical knowledge, features of ethical regulation of professional activity, ethical dimensions of professionalism are determined. The mission and structure of the ethical infrastructure as a tool for value management in professional and corporate activities, models and functions of ethical units and ethical documents, in particular the code of ethics, ethical monitoring and ethical audit as control of ethical activities are clarified. The basics of corporate culture and moral standards of the organization are clarified. The basics of corporate social responsibility are determined. The peculiarities of social and normative specification of morality in a number of social practices of professional orientation are considered.

            Planned learning activities and teaching methods
        
        
            Learning activities: lectures, seminars, independent work. Teaching methods: explanatory and illustrative method, method of problem-based learning (problem-based lecture), heuristic method, educational discussion, written task (essay).
        
    
            Assessment methods and criteria
        
        
            Current assessment: oral response, additions, participation in discussions and debates, essays. Final evaluation - credit. Evaluation criteria for each form of control are given in the course program.
