Learning outcomes
To know the systematic approach to learning international relations; chronology, the reasons and consequences of the specific data during the 20 century; development features of international relations of the Versailles-Washington, Yalta-Potsdam and modern systems
To be able to classify and clarify the international treats, to analyze treaties, doctrines and conferences.
To know special terminology in such volume as to be able to use it in practical work including in foreign languages; to analyze the sources and documents related to history of international relations; to perform assesment of the special processes of international relations.

- To know theoretical aspects and main regulation tools for various form of international relations.
- To be able to analyze reasons and effects of historical events.
- To have basic skills of searching and analysis of documents, analytical information and statistical data sources.
- To know English or other foreign languages for better opportunities for review of specific researches, international documents and sources.

Module 1. The First World War. Formation and disintegration of a new system of international relations. The Second World War.
1. System of international relations.
2. Formation of the Versailles-Washington system.
3. International relations in the 20s.
4. The end of World War II.
Module 2. Formation of the Yalta-Potsdam system.
1. Formation of the Yalta-Potsdam system in international relations.
2. Problems of peaceful settlement in Europe and Asia.
3. The development of the Cold War and the formation of a bipolar structure of international relations.
4. The beginning of the collapse of colonial systems.
