Learning outcomes
Know and critically comprehend, form conclusions and communicate them on the main provisions of the competence of notarial bodies to certify contracts; rules of notarization of contracts; stages and procedure of notarization of different types of contracts; methods of determining by the notary in the contract the rights and obligations of the parties to the contract, their procedural rights and obligations as subjects of the notarial process for certification of the contract; basic requirements of notarial record keeping, which are presented to the form, content, procedure of registration of contracts, making changes to them, their termination, determination of the amount of payment for notarial proceedings, etc.; methods of using information databases, unified and state registers, provided documents, etc. Evaluate and analyze the documents required to perform notarial acts.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Knowledge of general provisions of civil, land, family, notarial and notarial procedural law; requirements of the legislation of Ukraine to notarial procedural documents. Skills to evaluate and determine legal characteristics of certain types of contracts, their content; preparation of a draft agreement taking into account peculiarities of a practical situation and the requirements of current legislation of Ukraine.
Course content
Within the framework of the discipline the general procedure of notarization of contracts is determined, general rules of notarization of contracts, rules of notarization of transactions and special certification rules of certain types of contracts are analyzed; general provisions on notary registration of rights in unified and state registers; costs associated with notarization of the contract.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lecture, seminar, self-training work.
Assessment methods and criteria
The share of learning outcomes in the final assessment, provided it is mastered at the appropriate level is as follows: learning outcomes - 1.1.-1.3. - up to 40%; learning outcomes - 2.1.-2.2. - up to 30%; learning outcome - 3.1.- 3.3. - up to 30%. Semester forms of assessment: blitz survey - from 2 to 4 points; colloquium - from 5 to 10 points, Case study - from 2 to 4 points; discourse - from 2 to 4 points; modular test - a maximum of 10 points. During the semester, after the completion of the relevant topics, thematic written independent tests with tasks and open questions are conducted. To determine the level of achievement of learning outcomes provided for in paragraphs 1, 2 and 3, students write a final test, and during the colloquium demonstrate acquired skills, arguing solutions and recommendations provided by the conditions of the tasks.
