PRN03. Be able to communicate with specialists and experts at various levels from other fields of knowledge, including in an international context, within a global information environment PRN04. Develop, direct, and manage projects in Earth sciences; evaluate and ensure the quality of work. PRN05. Plan and conduct scientific experiments, and write scientific papers in the field. PRN16. Ability to work in a team, delegate responsibilities, coordinate actions, negotiate, and resolve conflicts. PRN17. Understanding and respect for cultural, ethnic, religious, and other differences when making decisions within the framework of international cooperation. PRN18. Ability to adhere to ethical standards and principles. Understanding and respect for the rights and opportunities of all people, regardless of gender; honesty, objectivity, responsibility, and respect for the rights of others, avoiding gender discrimination.

1. Before taking this course, students should know the main stages of development of ethical thought; methods of philosophical research, methods of psychology and basic ethical and philosophical concepts and categories. 2. Be able to collect and interpret information on dilemma problems of professional and corporate ethics professional and corporate ethics in professional activities; apply the basic methodology of imperative-value aspects of professional practice

The discipline consistently considers the peculiarities of the development and formation of professional and corporate ethics and their relevance in modern professional practices. It defines the subject, objectives, theoretical foundations, methodologies, basic concepts of professional ethics and corporate ethics. The peculiarities of the development of practical skills are clarified decision-making on ethical behavior of specialists in dilemma situations of professional activity. On the example of scenarios of production situations in institutions and organizations natural sciences, be able to predict the effectiveness of production activities and the likely occurrence and prevention of problem situations in cases of in groups of senior, middle and lower management. Apply the acquired knowledge for the rational use of available production resources, be able to to predict psychological situations in difficult conditions of field expeditionary research, including in remote areas and places with harsh climatic conditions conditions
