Learning outcomes
PLO 1. To search, process and analyze professionally important knowledge from various sources, including using modern information and communication technologies. PLO 5. To develop and implement psychological intervention programs (counseling, psychological correction, psychotherapy, training), to conduct them in individual and group work, to assess quality. PLO 8. To assess the degree of complexity of activity tasks and to make decisions about seeking help or improving qualifications. PLO 9. To solve ethical dilemmas based on the norms of the law, ethical principles and universal human values. PLO 11. To adapt and modify existing scientific approaches and methods to specific situations of professional activity. PLO 12. Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know the theoretical foundations of social psychology and interpersonal communication, psychological patterns of group dynamics and group development, general dynamics of professional development. Be able to creatively use knowledge about the relevance and importance of personal growth and development of teams and collectives in educational and research activities, analyze client requests regarding the specifics of their problems. Possess professional communication skills, understanding of the interpersonal and professional specifics of individual client groups, practical application of psychological methods.
Course content
The purpose of the discipline is to form students' competencies in the theory and practice of training work, to familiarize them with the methodology for developing psychological training programs, to promote the mastery of methods and technologies of active socio-psychological training and their application in practice.

Lectures, practical classes, individual work, participation in group work.
Assessment methods and criteria
The academic discipline "Technologies of Psychological Training" is assessed according to the modular rating system. The results of educational activities are assessed on a 100-point scale. Assessment is carried out throughout the semester of all types of work. After the substantive part 1, the conceptual model of one's own psychological training is substantiated and reported; after the substantive part 2, one's own training program is submitted in the test paper, which is presented at the last practical lesson. The maximum number of points for work during the semester is 60. The final assessment is carried out in the form of an exam. The maximum number of points that a student can receive is 40 points on a 100-point scale. The form of conduct is written. Types of tasks - open questions, creative tasks. The minimum threshold level of the examination score, at which the exam is considered passed, cannot be less than 24 points.
