PLO4. Conduct neuropsychological assessment, correction, and rehabilitation of cognitive and psycho-emotional disorders, and develop prognoses for patient recovery and adaptation. PLO5. Develop and implement neuropsychological intervention programs for individual and group sessions, and evaluate their effectiveness using evidence-based methods. PLO9. Resolve ethical dilemmas in neuropsychological practice based on legal standards, ethical principles, and universal human values, considering the specifics of working with patients with neurological and mental disorders. PLO16. Design and implement neuropsychological prevention and rehabilitation programs in various formats (lectures, trainings, masterclasses, etc.) and assess their quality.

Full-time form

1. Know the basics of general psychology, psychology of consciousness, CNS anatomy and physiology of HNA. 2. Have the skills of scientific research, search, processing and analysis of information from various sources, the use of information and communication technologies.

The course "Neuropsychology of Conscious and Unconscious Mental Processes" is part of the mandatory curriculum for the students. Mastering this course builds readiness for independent research in the field of neuropsychological studies of conscious and unconscious mental processes, as well as the neural correlates of consciousness. Interdisciplinary neuropsychological research on consciousness is a highly relevant direction of development for modern academic psychology. The neuropsychology of unconscious mental processes is an important aspect of the practical application of a psychologist's knowledge and skills in fields such as psychological counseling and psychodiagnostics. Teaching methods for the course include: lectures, seminars, practical sessions, presentations, and independent study.

Lecture, seminar, practical training, Individual work

Oral reports, discussion, presentation, analytical essay. Semester assessment: evaluated answers and additions at seminar classes, analytical essay. The score is formed as the sum of all points scored during the semester. Oral response – from 12 to 20 points. Supplements – from 6 to 10 points. Analytical essay – from 24 to 40 points. Organization of evaluation: 0-59 – not counted, 60-100 standings.
