Prerequisites and co-requisites
1) study of the academic discipline "Social partnership in rehabilitation programs" requires students to have knowledge of the theory of social work and socio-pedagogical work in the community. 2) knowledge of basic concepts, the role of the partnership process in various situations; models of partnership, mediation and dialogue. 3) the ability to use the main forms of activity of a social rehabilitation specialist in working with organizations to achieve results; establish partnerships through mediation and dialogue; warn and resolve possible conflict situations.
Course content
The purpose of the discipline is to provide students with the necessary knowledge regarding the scientific, organizational, and methodological foundations of building partnership relations with clients as objects of social work, as well as with representatives of state institutions and public organizations as subjects of social work to solve social problems. The content of the discipline is revealed in the theoretical foundations of social partnership, in familiarization with regulatory and legal support; determining the essence of social dialogue in the field of social and labor relations at the national, regional and local level; introduces modern methods of building partnership relations and intersectoral cooperation by involving state authorities, local self-government, socially responsible business and the public sector for the provision of social services.

Assessment methods and criteria
Semester assessment: 1. Oral answers (speech at the seminar, participation in the discussion): 30 - max / 6 - min points; 2. Performance of practical work (solving practical problems, demonstration of practical skills, presentations) - 30 - max / 14 - min points; 3. Independent work (individual tasks) – 20 - max / 10 - min points; 4. Final test - 20 - max / 10 - min points. Final assessment: credit. The credit is issued based on the results of the work of the higher education applicant during the semester (the maximum number of points for work during the semester is 100 points). Conditions for admission to the credit: It is mandatory to prepare and defend a presentation, complete practical tasks, give oral answers and complete a final test, the total number of points must be at least 60 points. In the case of receiving less than 60 points during the semester but within the critical-allowable 40 points, the higher education applicant must take a credit.
