Prerequisites and co-requisites
1) successful mastery of the disciplines "Technologies of social and pedagogical work", "Project activities of a social educator", "Innovations in social and pedagogical activity"; 2) knowledge of the theoretical foundations of social communication, information security. 3) mastery of modern techniques and methods that can be used in information and communication technologies in the field of professional activity.
Course content
The purpose of the discipline is to enable higher education students to master the basics of information and communication technologies as a tool for professional activity, to develop practical skills in using a technological approach to solving socio-pedagogical problems. The content of the discipline reveals the characteristics of the basic principles and a set of research methods and practical means of using information and communication technologies, which help to form practical skills in using a technological approach to solving socio-pedagogical problems: The structure of the discipline reveals: 1) theoretical foundations of the use of information and communication technologies in socio-pedagogical activity; 2) features of socio-pedagogical work in the context of informatization; 3) Media literacy and critical analysis.

Assessment methods and criteria
Semester assessment: 1. Oral answers (speech at the seminar, participation in discussions and debates, additions): РН1.1; РН1.2; РН1.3; РН1.4; РН1.5; РН2.1; РН2.2; РН2.3; РН3.1; РН3.2; РН4.1 – 20/10 points. 2. Analytical report: PHI. 1; РН1.2; РН2.2; РН2.3; РН3.1; РН3.2 – 15/10 points. 3. Creative independent work: РН2.1; РН2.2, РН2.3; РНЗ. 1; РН3.2 – 15/10 points. 4. Modular test work: РН1.1; РН1.2; РН1.3; РН1.4; РН1.5; РН2.1; РН2.2: РН2.3; РН3.1; РНЗ.2; РН4.1 – 10/6 points. Final assessment: exam It is mandatory to pass the module tests to obtain the total assessment results, which must be at least 36 points / maximum 60 points. Students who have scored less points than the critical minimum – 36 points – are not allowed to take the exam. The exam is conducted in the form of written answers on the course topic and case studies, which are evaluated at min. 24 points / max. 40 points.
